Returns
It is our intention to provide beautiful products and ensure their longevity and durability. However, as our products are hand and machine made, very occasionally they may contain small imperfections. We also understand that sometimes people change their mind after making a purchase and may wish to return or exchange an item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Also, to ensure we are able to provide free shipping on the orders when placed, there will be a low flat $9.00 return fee charged each time the order is returned after approval.
