How do I contact you?

Customer Service is available 8AM - 8PM EST, 5 DAYS A WEEK. Due to COVID-19 crises, and to ensure the safety concerns for our employees and community, we have suspended our call center operations till further notice, however the same support staff is available to provide you with the best customer service.

Please email us at help@virvittore.com. Every region has a dedicated Account Service Manager (ACM) who will respond back to your query within 4-6 hours (business hours) with a dedicated phone number to follow up with if needed.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Every order is carefully examined before it is shipped. Even though some delays may be expected due to Covid-19 situation, We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-4 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at help@virvittore.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If you wish to return or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please contact us at help@virvittore.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the Virvittore website for refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.


Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Due to Covid-19 crises, please contact us at help@virvittore.com for any questions or delays. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. Please contact us.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at help@virvittore.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Is Sales Tax applied to my order?

Virvittore charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. the actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
