Shipping

Free Complementary Shipping.
International shipping is free on orders over $500 USD. Customs, duties and Value Added Taxes are paid by the customer.
Expedited shipping is available. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns
Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are free for domestic orders via prepaid USPS labels. Sorry, no free returns on international orders.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in
its original packaging and condition.

How to Process a Return

1. Notify: Email returns@virvittore.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return
2. Prepare: Upon confirmation, select the carrier of your choice or use the pre-paid USPS shipping label provided with
return address (US orders only). The original shipment packaging may be used to ship your return.
Returns are processed in 7-10 business days. You will be notified when your payment is refunded. Refunds are issued to
the original payment method. International returns may take longer to process.

Exchanges

VirVittore does not offer standard merchandise exchanges. Instead, simply place a second order for the right size or
color. Your account will be credited when your return is received.
